What each listing shows
Every product page sets out the compound name, the stated amount, the format, the price in AUD and current availability. The product description below it is the information supplied for that compound.
Product images on this website are concept packaging illustrations. They are not photographs of the supplied item.
Certificates and batch documents
Available supplier laboratory reports are linked under “Supplier laboratory reports” on the relevant product pages. These reports relate to the samples tested; they are not a test of every vial. Refer to the individual report for the analytical results and tested formulation.
If you need help finding a report or checking documentation for an item or batch:
- Send a message through our contact form.
- Include the product name, strength and, if you have ordered, your order number.
- We’ll tell you what documentation is available for that product and batch.
Public copies are marked as privacy-redacted. Supplier identity and identifying fields, report and batch codes, verification links, QR codes and identifying sample photographs have been removed for commercial confidentiality. Analytical results are unchanged. Document availability varies by product and batch; contact us if you need clarification before ordering.
Storage information
Where storage guidance is supplied for a product, it appears in the product description. Follow any batch-specific supplier storage instructions and applicable safety documentation.
